We ship anywhere in Australia and globally. All purchases over AU $100.00 are shipped free of charge via regular post within Australia.

We charge flat rate domestic and international shipping. Rates are:

• AUSTRALIA – $10.00 (regular post), $15.00 (express post)
• NEW ZEALAND – $20.00 (regular post), $35.00 (express post)
• US – $28.00 (regular post), $42.00 (express post)
• UK – $35.00 (regular post), $48.00 (express post)
• REST OF WORLD – $30.00 (regular post)

Australian Orders | All orders are shipped within two business days (and as soon as possible) via Australia Post. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Melbourne time AEST or AEDT) where the express post shipping option is selected will be dispatched on the same business day. Melio cannot guarantee next day delivery. Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday only. If no one is able to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a card for you to pick up the delivery at your nearest Australia Post outlet. 

International Orders | International orders are shipped flat rate regardless of how large your order is. All orders are shipped via registered mail or Pack & Track International. Reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days.  Each order is assigned a unique code that enables you to track your parcel on its way to you.

Please note that our site is not equipped to refund postage costs for returned items. 

Typical delivery times are:

Australian Domestic:  1-2 business days.
New Zealand:  2-4 business days.
All other international customers: 10-14 business days
